The digestive system has over 38 pages of surgical procedures listed in the CPT® book that you can perform on a patient, without knowing specifically what surgical procedures you are performing it would be very hard to narrow this down. Have you thought of purchasing an 2015 CPT® book, the surgical proceduers start on page 177. thats the best i can offer:).

Coding is done from documentation, not a list. The documentation must support the codes billed as well as medical necessity. If you are not accustomed to coding from documentation, you should obtain assistance from someone who can guide you through this process.
