Pulsed Radiofrequency

There's no CPT® code for Pulsed Radiofrequency, and our physicians have been instructed to use the 64999 for Pulsed Radiofrequency. We all know too well that Medicare (and all other insurance companies) will not reimburse a 64999 no matter how thurough the documentation is. Has there been any recent changes or updates regarding this "experimental and investigational" procedure?
