lung mass

I am unsure how to assign a dx to this report. I need one for a referal.

Pt went in for pet scan, dr was thinking she may have lung ca. This is the impression on the pet scan report.

1. The 1.8x1.8x1.2cm mass in the right lung base is stable from recent CT scan, but new from prior CT of the chest, abdomen and pelvis. This demonstrates moderate hypermetabolism on PET and is concerning for lung carcinoma versus pulmonary metastasis. Differential diagnosis does include inflammatory mass.

Would I use 786.6, or something different?
