billing tetanus toxoid to medicare

A Medicare patient in our office is given a tetanus shot for a cat bite. She is a medicare patient. Is there a specific way to bill this to medicare in order to get paid?

I bill to Part b. I bill 90703. Diagnosis V03.7 and the diag for the bite itself.

Try the AT mod if you are in the J12 Novitas area. With the bite code.

Patient was charged $102.20 (90475) vaccine, injection $49.00 (90471)
Did your code go through Medicare ??

I bill 90703 at 35.00 and 90471 at 38.00.
