Per Coventry Code 22846 is being denied, as it is only payable when billed with one of the following codes as it’s primary:

I thought 22551 replaced 63075 and that is what I used. These are the codes we billed: 22855, 22551, 22552, 20931 and 22846. 22846 was denied.
