silicone vaginal dilator

We have a patient that needs a silicone vaginal dilator, does anybody know a code for that? We will give it to the patient to take home but need to get auth ahead of time to see if covered. Thanks

Look at E1399, 99070 probably have to send in notes showing what it is and the cost.
