My doctor did a surgery and I am not 100% sure if codes can all be billed together or which modifier I would need to use to ensure payment.

Codes:

58720
58700
58740

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like code 58720 is only code billable, per CCI. Code 58700 is included in code 58740 and code 58740 is included in code 58720.

The only time you could do that combination is if 58700 is totally unrelated to code 58720 (code 58700 hits an edit as part of 58720). Bottom line, bill what is documented and medically necessary and is not integral to main procedure performed.
