Triamcinolone code j3302

So BCBS keeps denying this code they just started denying it in April they were paying for it but now have stopped and I received a letter for a claim stating that j3302 should no longer be used in billing, to use an active code. All the other insurances are paying for it though! Please help

I would first confirm on the eob that they processed the correct code J3302. Looking up J3302 it is still a valid code and for Triamcinolone diacetate. If the code is correct on the eob you might need to call the carrier.
