Encounter Forms

I would like to see examples of encounter forms that have been successful in different practices (different specialties, different places of service, etc.). If you have created something that works perfectly, I would love to use some of your ideas for the future.

Encounter forms

This is a perfect use for Codapedia. You can post encounter forms a Resource.

Here's how:

Click on "Post Your Entry"

Put in a title, "Oncology encounter form"

You can add tags or not. Adding tags allows users to find similar articles or "Browse Entries by Tag"

In the article box, just write that the resource section has an encounter form uploaded.

Make your entry public.

Select the resource tab.

Upload your resource.
