cendomyocardial biopsy

The procedure is: Placement of 9 French left internal jugular venous sheath for heart biopsy. The patient is status post heart transplant.

Do we assign 2 codes, one for the insertion of the venous sheath and the other for heart biopsy(36556 for the cath and 93505 for the biopsy) or just one code 93505.

There are two different doctors involved.
