IM injection

patient given 60 mg of Toradol IM. Can I use CPT® code 96372? and is there a HPCS code with that?

I bill 96372 to everyone except Medicare by putting a 25 modifier on the office visit. The HCPC'S code is J1885 for Torodal. Medicare won't pay 96372 if an office visit is billed.
