Advice on correct modifier to use

I am looking for correct modifier to attatch to an office visit, patient had procedure by one Dr and 7 days later(procedure has 10 day global)another Dr. removed stitches, assesed wound with great documentation.... also, this is a Medicare patient. any advice appreicated.

If both doctors are in the same practice, it would be considered still global and you cannot bill for the post-op visit.
