preoperative diagnosis: Severe two-vessel coronary artery disease and moderate aortic stenosis,
Postoperative diagnosis: Same
Operation: triple vessel coronary artery bypass grafting: left internal mammary artery to the left anterior descending coronary artery, reverse saphenous vein to the first diagonal branch, and a ramus intermedius. Aortic valve replacement with a 23 mm bovine pericardial bio prosthesis.
Anesthesia: General
Indications: this 66 year old man white male who presented with unstable angina pectorals.
