ICD 10 PCS code need for repair of skin of left elbow
This is an Inpatient case with multiple injuries after pedi-mvc. He had a laceration to the left elbow which was sutured to repair. In ICD 10 PCS, the OHQ code lists upper and lower arm. Does not have a separate listing for "elbow". so, what is the correct code?? Thanks.
