Can the provider bill for this procedure with these two modifiers?
62=TWO SURGEONS, GC=SERVICE BY RESIDENT UNDER DIRECTION OF TEACHING DR
...and get paid by medicare?

Who are the two surgeons?? resident cannot be one of them for modifier 62.
