E/M inpatient codes and Vent Mgmt

I work for a group of Trauma physicians and cover many Level 2 and 3 hospitals. I know you can't bill 99291 w/Vent, but what about 99233 and vent mgmt. We manage the care and co-ordinate all providers. If we bill the EM w/a dx for support/medical nec and then bill dx for the vent and use a 59...
do you think it will be paid?
