97802

Pt was initially seen by Dietician 5 months ago with "97802", thereafter with "97803".
Now patient is seeing another Dietician who is also under the same group/tax id. Can this visit be considered as new pt with "97802" or is the patient still considered as "established" since both Dieticians are under the same group? I would think the patient is would be "established" but Dietician doesn't think so.
