Coding of removal of screws and replacement with cortical screws

Surgeon brought patient to OR for removal of two syndesmosis screws with plate left intact CPT 20680).
My question is: after removal of the screws he replaced them with "16 mm 3.5 cortical screws through the plate with good purchase" Fluoroscopy was then used to verify reduction of the syndesmosis.

Is there an additional code that can be used to go with the removal of the screws?
