Unbundled Lab Code

I billed 36415, 84153. 80061, 83036, 84403, 83525, 80053 & 85027

84153, 80061, 83036 came back as unbundled

Can I get some help on which one was bundled with what?

What else was billed with the labs? Any office visits or procedures? When I put all of those codes into my code checker software it doesn't flag anything. However, I know that we have to put a -90 mod on the 36415 as we send out some labs.
