Chemotherapy Infusion

We want to charge for hooking up cancer patients with a chemotherapy cassette for IV chemotherapy infusion of 5FU or a similar chemo drug. After the patient is hooked up, the patient leaves and goes home and returns when another infusion is needed. Need guidance on what kind of charge we can claim for hooking the patient up. a visit charge does not seem to be the right answer, so I am trying to decide if 96413-96417 codes are the best to use or 96369-96371. Thoughts?

96416 is pump initiation.
