Missed delivery charge posting

We are OB/GYN and had a patient deliver in her car on the way to the hospital. We delivered the placenta and did the laceration repair. Can we still bill the global delivery charge (59400) since we accepted responsibility for the baby. Or should we bill the antepartum bill out, delivery of placenta and laceration repair?

If you didn't deliver the baby, you can't bill for the delivery.
