Modifier 50 used with 51 question

Billing a bilateral 29581 2 units . Is it appropriate to use the50 51 or should the RT LT using 1 unit to describe location of wound when both legs have received care?

Could do either -50 (1 unit) or RT/LT. Do not need modifier -51
