lap cholecystectomy with attempted IOC
The physician is doing a laparoscopic cholecystectom and attempted to do an intraoperative cholangiogram but was not able to complete this. How do I CPT® code the procedure, 47563, modifier 52 or just the lap chole with 47562? Thanks.
