Post Op Office Visit

Patient came to office 3 days after hospital discharge and 5 days after procedure for lymphadenitis, which was drained. My doctor, who is the patient's PCP, not the surgeon, took out the packing and redressed the wound.
I am using an E/M code with the diagnosis of lymphadenitis and S31.109A and no modifier. Am I correct billing this way>
