peak flow meter

I am with a family practice and I need to know how and if I can bill for use of a peak flow meter on a patient. I see CPT® code 94150 but can't find it on the medicare physician fee schedule as being paid. Can we bill for it, with ICD 493.90. If it is just included in the office visit code, then maybe it just make it part of taking vitals?
