I have used codes: 30520, 30801, 30930, 42808-59.
Any help would be appreciated. Do I need to code for the Outfracture?

Medicare has CCI edits: Code 30801 cannot be billed with 30930. Medicare bundles 30801 into 30930 and code 30930 also bundles 30801). CPT® code 30930 may be reported one time per operative session and includes work on one or both inferior turbinates. Code 30801 may be paid by commercials but check with individual payer.
