Can I bill v70.0 dx for all visit for kids under 2 year of age who comes for
vaccination only. Some consult is also done .

Bill the reason they came in. Immunization only examples:
V06.1 Diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis, combined [DTP] [DTaP]

V06.2 Diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis with typhoid-paratyphoid [DTP TAB]

V06.3 Diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis with poliomyelitis [DTP+polio]

V06.4 Measles-mumps-rubella [MMR]

V06.5 Tetanus-diphtheria [Td] [DT]

You run the risk of a denial with V70.0 because it isn't specific to the reason the patient came in.

Also, you don't ask, but if the patient presents only for an immunization, don't bill an E/M code.
