Billing CRNA/Anesthesia Claims in TEXAS

Hello to all! We are new to the billing for anesthesiologist AND CRNA model. We've been using Anesthesiologist only (AA Mod) however we have now employed a CRNA. I am going to use the Mod QY and QX to report my services however does anyone know what payers in TEXAS require you to bill separate claims versus 1 claim with two line items? Any advice would be appreciated.
