Fluro - Separately billable

There is quite a fiesty debate going on in our office today I would like to know is it posibble to bill CPT® 62310, 62311 along with 77003 per the CPT® 2012 guidelines - thanks in advance for your reply.

The use of fluoroscopy for needle placement / guidance is NOT including into the 62310 - 62319 code range. Of course, you will get varied opinions from AMA, Medicare etc.
