3 Day Rule
I have not been able to find CLEAR documentation to state if CAH's are exempt from the 3 day (72 hr) and/or the 1 day (24 hr) rule. Also, I have read some articles that have conflicting information in regards to the ASC's. I think that ASC's are exempt as we are billing those with POS 24, but again I need some clarification. Thank you!
