multiple IM injections

What is the correct coding for the injection of two separate drugs at an office visit. Should I use 96372 2 units or 2 lines of 1 unit 96372. Of course I would use the 2 J codes. this is not immunizations, medications such as decadron, or toradol.

If they are two different therapeutic drugs, use 2 units. If it is chemotherapeutic, the answer is two units (maybe/ maybe not)...
