pancreaticoduodenectomy with cholecystectomy

HI,

I am a new coder at a billing company and we are taking on surgeon. I was given cases to code and I am stuck on the procedure for one patient. As I am the lead coder and this is a billing company, I have noone to ask for further assistance.

The operation was listed as the following:

pancreaticoduodenectomy with cholecystectomy, pancreaticojejunostomy, choledochojejunostomy and gastrojejunostomy (Whipple Procedure), interoperative liver ultrasound.

I have read through the op reports and think I understand what they did but I cannot put the pieces together to code this.
