36140 denying with a cabg

I am getting an unbundling edit from BCBS regarding CPT® code 36140 and 33533, 33518 and 33508. Our 3M Encoder doesn't show any edits, so I am uncertain why BCBS is saying they are unbundling. Any ideas? TIA!

BS has their own edits that they follow and most of the time they do not agree with CCI edits.
