HCPC 93229 wearable cardiovascular device worn

Hello,
Is this code included in conslidated billing? This code does not appear on the excluded list on the cms website however, I cannot find a fee schedule amount for it.

One of my sources indicates that this code is paid under OPPS. Is the facility responsible or should it be billed by the provider? What is the fee schedule?
