BCBS Medicare Replacement Plans and G0101/Q0091

I am new to gyn billing and have noticed that some of my 9939_ codes have come back from bcbs for non-covered. The trend seems to be with medicare replacement plans through bcbs. Does anyone know if I should be using G0101 and Q0091 instead of the 9 codes since it is a medicare replacement plan? Any help would be wonderful.
Thanks!

re: BCBS Medicare Replacement Plans and G0101/Q0091

Preventative Services 99395-99397 when billed to Medicare is a non covered charge. For BCBS- some patient's benefit plan may or may not be covered. For Gyne G0101 & Q0091 for Medicare should be covered every 2 yrs and 1 yr for high risk. There's no change for gyne codes for Medicare as far as I know. Were still using it and we got paid. Hope this helps.
