Removal of patellar component

Procedure: Rt Knee exploration
Removal of loose patella component
Repair of patella tendon to patella remnant

A midline incision was made . . . . .
The patella component immediately popped out of the knee. It was completely loose. I went forward & did exploration & debridement of scar tissue and released the medial lateral gutters & release the quadriceps area. There was a lot of scar tissue in the patella & patella tendon area. I debrided & removed it all. There is a small rim of bone left in the patella. We could not resurface the patella, so we decided to leave it alone. There was good tissue in the inferior part of the patella tendon so I went ahead and debrided that. I ran a #2 Force Fiber suture through it in a running interlocking-type suture technique & then I ran 3 drill holes longitudinally in the patella remnant & repaired it in full extension . There was excellent stability to the repair. Then he did the closing.
Should I use 27488-52
and 27380
Please help
