Billing Obesity BMI 750

Hi,

I am biling l a surgery for O A Knee DX Code 715.16 the Patient is Obese with BMI 750 and has Osteoporosis. Are the following DX Codes correct for me to use
733.00 and 278.00
Please help me to bill this correctly.

There is also a Vcode to go along with the obesity code to indicate the patients BMI, from your original post it appears that the patient has a BMI of 750? Look in the book under the Vcode section starting at V85.41-V85.45. Hope this helps you out just make sure that the BMI is noted if you are going to code it :)
