Pap Smear on Patient with 2 Cervixes

I'm confused on how I should code this visit. When recieveing the requisition to bill it comes over as right cervical specimen and left cervical specimen on seperate requisitions. Should I code as V72.31, 752.39, and append modifiers RT and LT or am I way off? Any help would be appreciated.
