multiple methods of colonoscopy

Has anyone ever gotten paid for 45385, 45384 & 45383? My surgeon removed a polyp by snare in the cecum, he removed one by hot biopsy forceps in the rectosigmoid area but then fulgurated 5 more <5mm polyps in the rectosigmoid area as well. I usually have only billed for two methods but this time I have three and want to make sure I can make a go of it.

I have with 45385 and 45384 by putting a 59 on 45384. I would think you could also put a 59 modifier on 45383 and get paid.

I have billed these together. Just make sure you use a 59 mod on two of them.
