Since 22612 and 22630 became a combined code of 22633 the 22633 the reimbursement is abysmal for R&C using a customized fee scheudle; the industry standard. Specifically for out of network providers. The insurance companies have no data on this new code to support their payments; yet reimbursements remain a problem. Does anyone else find this to be the case?
