Could yuou please tell me what is the correct ICD-9 code to bill with procedure code 11043. Also what is the correct modifier to use when billing procedure code 29826 and 23120 Thanks in advance

29826 and 23120 would need either a 59 modifier or one of the X modifiers if approrpiate and depending on carrier.
