SP acknowledgement of his/her presence during an office visit on Resident's note under Residency program

SP (supervising provider) acknowledged his/her presence during pt's visit in addition to resident's note through an Addendum a day or so after the date of service--the co-signatures, however, reflect an authenticated e-signatures on the actual DOS - would this raise a compliance issue?
