2 procedures 1 with global f/u

Hello I have a doctor who during follow up of a left 5th toe amputation did a debridement of tissue on both the amputated stump and a diabetic ulcer at the base of the left big toe. The amputation should still be covered by the global period, but I am unsure how to code the debridement of the diabetic ulcer done at the same time. modifiers etc?
