study guide for cmrs billing

Hi everyone, this is a billing question. I need to take my cmrs exam and need to borrow the study guide for cmrs exam. I cannot afford 200.00 for book, actually it is an eBook, wow! Anyhow, can anyone help me? thanks in advance, :)
