Code 783.41, Failure to Thrive

Our EMR program is flagging this code as "having an age issue" with code correct error. The patient is 89 years old. Should I use any modifiers or is there anything else I should be entering aside from the ICD-9 code?

783.41 is a pediatric code age 0-17. 783.7 is the adult code but I have problems getting a peg tube paid with this code.

Thank you. This is one the prior Coder & Biller always used so the doctors just listed it as the code.
