Bariatric coding for fills

What code do I use when filing a Medicare claim for bariatric fills? . Medicare does not recognize S2083 that private insurance companies recognize. My Medicare claim was denied using S2083 and 77002-59

Medicare wants 43999 and in the notes on line note area I always put "Adjustment of gastric band diameter via subcutaneous port by injection or aspiration of saline" which ever one it is. And you can abbreviate it if you don't have enough room. And here in NY you need to be a Center of Excellence to do those procedures. Good Luck!
