Mcr high risk code

before ICD-10 was implemented, MCR stated that if a patient was High Risk, we were to use V15.89 in ICD-9. Per the cross walk I have done on AAPC the DX code that recommended for the replacement of the ICD-9 code was Z91.89. We are now seeing denials from MCR stating that the DX was invalid w/the procedure code we are using for Well Woman exams. Is anyone else getting this denial or do you have another code in ICD-10 that you would recommend for the replacemnt of V15.89. thanks so much:)
