Modifiers

Hi All,

I have a strange problem. Can some one tell me what kind of modifier can be used if I have 3 CPT® codes on the same day and also tell me to which CPT® we need to add modifier. Here it is I have 99233 (inpatient follow-up) as follow-up with patient and 93016 and 93018 stress test on the same day by same physician what kind of modifier I need to use.

And also for 99217+93016+93018 can some one quickly give me a solution.
