Billing OV & Sono during post op period

I have a patient who is under a global still and came in for a non related visit and sono I billed the 99213 with a 24 modifier but UHC denied bundling it to the sono if I use a modifer 25 the claim will be denied due to global so what modifier would I use then? Not sure how to bill please help
