Remote echocardiogram & nuclear interpretations

I have some confusion for place of service for physician interpretations of testing when done remotely. Our physicians have the ability to read echocardiograms & nuclear stresses, etc. remotely from several offices. CMS recently made some changes regarding the remote read.
